Usability Research

Whether we're designing a prototype or a permanent experience, we need a solid understanding of what the experience should be for your audience. As a part of every project we do foundational user research to help our clients shape their long-term vision and identify short-term project goals and strategic objectives.

We combine quantitative data analytics with qualitative interviews to identify your audience’s motivations, behaviors, and needs. Data-driven decision-making keeps us on track, remain focused on the customer experience, and involve you in the design process in a meaningful way.

Design Development

With a shared goal in mind, it’s easy to build a map for how to get us there. During Design Development we take our findings and develop design concepts for what we might build. Storyboards, renderings, and technology research all happens here.

Iterative Production

Iterative Production means that we want to keep you in the loop and get your feedback on an ongoing basis throughout the entire project, not just at milestone meetings. We release functional prototypes every two weeks and track our progress towards goals.

Collaborative Model

We see ourselves as collaborators, not as vendors — and it shows. We don’t do change orders because change is always free, (and expected!) and if we finish early, you keep the savings.
