Nathan Lachenmyer is an MIT-trained technologist whose work focuses on combining digital strategy, human centered design, and human-computer interaction.  He helps organizations identify, understand, and build innovative solutions to satisfy their digital strategy goals.  Influenced by a background as a research scientist, his approach relies heavily on data-driven decision-making and contemporary research in human-computer interaction.

Previously, he was a technical lead at Midnight Commercial, a Brooklyn-based digital strategy and innovation consultancy.  There, he worked with multidisciplinary teams to create new products and experiences as a part of digital engagement initiatives for clients such as Target, Google, Cartier, and Samsung.  

He holds three degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Physics, Computer Science, and Electrical Engineering.

Sadiya Akasha is a Partner, and Director of Product Development at Sitara Systems. Originally from Karachi, Pakistan, growing up in a rapidly transforming country has given her a diversity of experiences and a global mindset for creating change.

She embarked on this career path at the Broad Institute, a nonprofit genomics research center, where she worked with data analysts and research scientists to improve the efficiency of their research methods and analytics pipelines.

Sadiya studied Scrum with Jeff Sutherland, one of the co-creators of the Scrum framework and signatory of the Agile Manifesto; she later taught alongside him at Scrum, Inc, the certifying body that trains Agile professionals across the world.  Sadiya has both her Scrum Master and Product Owner certifications from Scrum, Inc.

She has since leveraged her skills to transform organizational thinking in marketing, investments, molecular diagnostics, and community-serving nonprofit arts organizations. Sadiya brings to bear her background in social psychology, group dynamics, and agile experience to help organizations conceptualize and deliver technology initiatives that solve long-term strategic goals.
