Space Shuttle Atlantis — Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex

Space Shuttle Atlantis, a 90,000-square-foot, $100 million exhibit building housing the retired orbiter Atlantis, opened at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex near Cape Canaveral, Florida, on June 29, 2013; architecture and exhibit design by PGAV Destinations, lighting design by Fisher Marantz Stone, and AV integration by Electrosonic, with Unified Field credited for a set of the exhibit's interactive media programs.

Description

The exhibit displays the orbiter Atlantis suspended and tilted 43.21 degrees alongside more than 60 interactive stations telling the 30-year story of the Space Shuttle and International Space Station programs.
